Ms. Boles' background is solidified by extensive construction / inspection project experience on numerous assignments in the last 25 years.

For 10 years she worked directly for the contractor as field engineer / QA / QC manager. This included working directly under the contractor project / office engineer personnel in either the casting yard or on the project site.

Over the last 15 years, she has provided quality control, construction, engineering, and inspection services throughout the State of Florida. Her experience includes documentation, material sampling and testing services of bridge and roadway construction activities, such as asphalt and concrete placement operations. Ms. Boles now provides training, support and oversight to inspection personnel. These services are now available under contract to prime consultants in the field of CEI throughout the State of Florida on roadway and bridge construction projects. Past years of experience at her disposal allow for thorough instruction of field personnel to accommodate project demands. Additionally, she is the prime contact to maintain and communicate business relationships with FDOT Districts, Counties and other owners' representatives involved with roadway and bridge construction work programs.

Allan P. Stegkamper, P.E.

Allan Stegkamper, P.E. has 18 years of combined hands on experience in the field of CEI from his first duty as a CEI inspector, Allan has demonstrated a willing acceptance of project inspection and the demands for accurate and complete documentation. Allan previously served as Project Engineer for FDOT Turnpike on Sections 4A and 4B of the Polk County Parkway, actively working to solve project related issues and administer changes and disputes through supplemental agreements and work orders. Allan now commits full trust and resources to JBS Engineering Allan's current duties with JBS include management and support; maintain DBE certification in pursuit of CE&I services for future FDOT, Turnpike and Expressway Authority work programs. Extensive experience in inspection, management, contract administration on bridge, road, civil and specializing on dynamic field measurements on both high strain impact hammer driven piling using the pile driving analyzer. Over 25 years of experience in providing bridge and roadway inspection on construction projects for the FDOT, Turnpike Enterprise, Expressway Authority and City. Managed many claim analysis assignments for owners and contractors. Overseeing daily bridge operation as well as coordinating material testing with verification personnel and ensures contractors compliance to approved project QC plan. Provided Project Engineer Support on FDOT District Five SR 500/ US 192 reconstruction for the development of Harmony Community in Osceola County. Senior Project Engineer for District Five. Provided Senior Bridge inspection duties for the new construction of SR 429, Western Beltway, Part "C" Kissimmee, FL. Currently provides Senior Bridge inspection duties for the I-4 / SR 408 Interchange, Interim Improvement Project in downtown Orlando, FL
